retirement benefits
My wife and I have an amount of money in a retirement plan and the company says we cannot have it unless she dies or is disabled. We are one step from bankruptcy, is there any way we can get our money?

This outside of my area of practice, but it will be determined by the wording of your plan. You should have a local attorney review your plan documents.
