Rights of Partner

I have 20% in a company with my brother

who has 80%. Just recently I have learned

that all our trucks etc are beingbought in

his name and not the company's. Then he is

leasing to the company, I've done all the

physical work and he has done all the inside

work. We've been in business for 12 yrs. My

check kept decreasing to the point that I had

to get another job. I was never allowed to

see any of the paper work.I don't know what

my 20% is worth. He has changed all the locks

and I am not allowed to enter, use any of the

supplies or keep my phone or credit card.

Time is valuable, Please answer.
