Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Who Runs the Corporation?
I presently own and operate an incorporated business as President and my wife as
Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. My wife and I are in the process of divorcing.
What ratio of control do I have as President of my company?

Re: Who Runs the Corporation?
The question is difficult to answer in this format but if the corporate assets are split in the divorce it would probably be in roughly the same ration as each of your contributions to the corporation.

The key questions really are, Who owns the stock? and Who is on the Board of Directors?
