Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
where do you go to seek a fair resolution of your legal dispute

Since you chose to not tell is anything at all about the "dispute," you can't get a meaningful response.
As a Franchise Attorney I can only add the following. Typically legal disputes are resolved in court. Alternatives include (assuming both parties agree) mediation. In mediation, the mediator, who is usually an attorney, listens to both sides and tries to mediate an acceptable solution. Then there's arbitration, which can be binding or non-binding, where an arbitrator (who is also usually an attorney or retired judge) hears evidence from both sides than renders a decision. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Since you chose not to tell us what the dispute was (how much is it worth, what is the nature of it) there is no way to answer you except to say "call a lawyer."
