Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I own a semi tractor and have it leased onto a container company.I am looking to put a driver in my truck to operate it.I have liability and bobtail insurance through my company.Do I need to be incorporated for extra protection?

Yes, it would certainly help, as long as you are willing to take the time to properly set up and maintain the entity.

That, and LOTS of insurance, would both be prudent, and you should retain a lawyer to properly incorporate.
