separate divisions of llc
Do the articles of organization of an llc need to state the separate divisions that will be involved in the llc at the time of initial filing?

No. Such divisions would be internal business decisions that would not be included in the incorporation documents. However, if you mean separate companies owned by the LLC, it would still not need to be in the Articles, but you would have to properly form those subsidiaries.
