Separating yourself from a corporation
I was in business w/ x-husband when married. He took the business. We were incorporated. Now creditors are calling me a year later wanting me to pay his debts. Am I responsible for company credit cards?

You are responsible if you were on the credit cards. Otherwise, tell them to go fly a kite.
