Settlement reached but still not signed after 4 months

I reached an settlement agreement with an expartner in June..as of today he has not brought in the equipment to be examined and the paperwork has not been signed..He has put it off several times. I would like this over but my attorney keeps sending emails to his about When will this happen? and charging me $250 per email she receives or sends..What is my recourse?

You do not need to get another lawyer (and pay for him/her to catch up on the case) before having a conversation with your lawyer about the situation. Another lawyer will only cost more money if the problem is the ex-partner.
