Signed contract but missing one page, "EXHIBIT A," mentioned in contract, is not included in contract. Is contract void or voidable?

It depends on whether the rest of the agreement meets the elements of an enforceable contract with the exhibit A. The mere fact that there is a missing exhibit doe snot make it automatically void or voidable. You'll have to have an attorney review the agreement and advise.
