Slander
i want to know if the owner of the company you work for belittles you and calls you names if that is slander and what can be done about it ?

Calling names, or belittling, is not a crime or grounds for a lawsuit unless it constitutes slander, a threat, or something like that. We don't know what the owner said, so we can't guess. Post a new note with further details about what was said if you want. As for what you can do, the obvious response is that you can find a new job.

To add to what Mr. Riddle posted, it would only be slander if the owner belittled you in front of someone else, or otherwise relayed his negative comments to a third person.
