Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
small business insurance coverage
Is there any minimum time frame to obtain commercial insurance in any state a company wants to do business within? Also, is there a set minimum amount the company has to make in a state to carry seperate state specific commercial insurance?

Re: small business insurance coverage
Most insurance coverage is not required, so there is no time frame or minimum. However, other states may be different.
