Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Small Business Start-up
I have begun a small internet spice blend company. Do I need any certification or license to sell spices? Is a proper ingredients list with calories, etc. required? Thanks.

You will need a business license form the city or state where the business is located. I am not aware of any spice certification/licensing requirement, but I would check with the FDA.
