Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
small Claims
I had done some work for a contractor on a residential house for which I have not received full payment. What legal actions should I take? If small claims is the route, what determines the county to file in? Thanks

Re: small Claims
Generally, it is best and easiest to file in the county where the defendant is located.
