Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I let a small Lawn Service place pinestraw on my front yard. The Owner/Landscaper took a photo, without my knowledge or consent and place my Home on his business cards! Is this legal? My Wife and I feel he should have a least asked. What are my options?

He should have asked, you can ask him to get new cards, and he can say no. Otherwise, complain on yelp, find another landscaper and then let it go. Unless you are ready to pay significant legal fees to take a chance on winning a Pyrrhic victory, don't turn something like this into a legal issue. Beyond that, anyone can generally take a picture of your property if they can do it without trespassing.
