Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I own a small video game store. One of the options for customers that are selling their items is to trade them in for store credit with us, in which case we give a more than we would for cash value. My question is, would it be legal to sell a customer store credit for cash. What i mean is, could i charge a customer 1 dollar in cash and sell them 2 dollars in store credit?
