sold a boat
sold a boat in geoegia,buyer signed bill of sale, no title in georgia,buyersued me for a cosmetic issue with the boat which he bought as is no warranty, now i have a rule nisi for a hearing

You didn't ask a question, but the case will probably boil down to what exactly was agreed on - as-is or not. You might also have an issue of a latent defect that was not disclosed.
