Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I want to start four businesses in Georgia. A holding company, transitional housing, a private high school, and multi-unit franchises. I want them subsidiaries of the holding company.

OK, then I would highly recommend retaining a good, local business attorney to assist as this is not something you should attempt on your own.
