Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Who to sue?
I have a small company that produces Medical/Legal illustratons and exhibits for Trail and Settlement hearings.
I have my own large format HP printer that produces these 2' x 3' ehibits. I printed 4 exhibits 2x3 and brought them to a national company to be mounted on foam core board. During the process they destroyed all 4 exhibits. I spoke with the Branch Manager and was asked to reprint and bring them in again. I did and again they were destroyed. I spoke with the manager and explained that this national brand company was going to reimburse me for my equipment cost, printing cost and my time. I explained that these were custom illustrations that sell for more than $500. The branch manager agreed and asked me to again produce 4 more exhibits. We called and spoke to the regional manager the branch managers boss, and he ask me to drive to another branch store and let them try to mount them. They were successful.
I submitted a bill to the branch manager, the regianal manager and the President of the company. They are only offereing 40% of the value of the orgianl invoice. This is not acceptable.
I need to know who to sue. The Branch Manager?, the Regioanl Manager the Company?

Re: Who to sue?
All of the above. You will get their attention and they may just pay your entire invoice.
