what to do when you're sued
Okay, if you were at a nail salon getting a pedicure.....and one of the workers, accidently gave you a deep cut.....because you had this pinple thing on your foot and they acciidently cut it off....the customer is allowed to sue right? The customer also demaded $5,000 dollars for the cut pr she'll sue.

If you have insurance covering your business, turn the matter over to them. If not, consult with a local attorney about possible scenarios.

If you don't want to pay what may be a ridiculous amount of money and are sued, get a lawyer. If it is your fault, you should offer to reimburse medical expenses. As an aside, apparently the customer posted a note here asking how much he/she could get from you. You may want to search for that post and responses.
