Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
sueing a trust or estate
we took someone to court and it was concerning his late fathers house. The judge said that he would have ruled for us but was not the correct name. So i tried to file another claim under the trust name and have them serve him. They said that it was not right. who do I name as the Defandant?

No one knows sho you are suing, the types of claims you have, or anything else about the case. The fact that you can't get past the very first step is pretty clear evidence that you need a lawyer to handle your case.
