I am starting my own Business and need to know what the Tax laws are for GA. My Question is If I am LLC and I am doing most of my business over the internet do I have to charge people tax?

Your entity type is irrelevant when you are talking about charging sales tax to customers. Whether you have to charge tax depends on many factors. Would suggest that you speak with a tax professional so you are not in violation of any tax reg.
