Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Temporary Transfer Business Ownership
Can I create an Assignment form assigning ownership of my business to another party, have all parties sign and have it witnessed? And...do I have to file anything with the courts, or is the signed document sufficient?

Re: Temporary Transfer Business Ownership
I'm not sure what you mean by temporary transfer of ownership. If you wish to sell or otherwise transfer ownership, there are a number of different ways to proceed. An assignment is a transfer of rights, not ownership.
