Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

theft of services warrent hearing/no contract

I fired some people that were paid as contract laborers. However, there was no contract. They were fired for shady, bad business. They are paid based on commission of sales and a bit of salary. We 'chargeback' take back any money paid, on sales that go bad. They were told they would be paid when all sales had been 'verified', now it's turned out that they would owe me money based on bad sales and not working the last week. However they've filed for a 'warrent hearing for theft of services.' How much is there to even discuss, being that there is no contract?

One thing to discuss is a warrant for your possible arrest. Get a lawyer, not a free message board like this one.
