Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am thinking of opening a sole proprietorship business in Long Beach CA (LA County). My last name is Parrish and the business would be named "Parrish Internet Marketing." Would I need to file a fictitious name statement?

You are asking Georgia lawyers when you should be asking California lawyers.

Unfortunately you posted in the Georgia part of Law Guru when it appears you needed to post in the California area so no California lawyers saw your question. You may want to repost.
