Christine Vivacious is a young and beautiful aspiring actress but she is inept when it comes to changing a flat tire. Darryl Yocum offers to change it for her if she would wear a bikini and mud wrestle with him tonight in the slime pit a Clem's Tavern. She agrees but fails to show up because she does not want to hurt her image. Analyze the legal aspects of this slippery situation.

It's pretty simple: assuming he has not already changed the tire (you didn't say), he really has no damages but could still could sue her for breach of contract for the FMV of his services. If he has changed the tire, he definitely can sue her for the FMV of his services.
