Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I own a towing and automotive repair service/company - - my company is incorporated. I would like to know if I can manage and operate a booting service for a local apartment complex if I have a business license under a different name than my repair and towing shop name and address?

Without reading your lease and your local ordinances there is no way to answer you.
You likely would be in violation of your lease and might also violate zoning laws and business license laws.
You need a lawyer and CPA to properly set up a business, not just for tehse issues but other key ones.
It depends. Is the other name a trade name used by the incorporated business? Or is it simply a different business? Either way, it is probably wise to operate the booting service under your incorporated company or set up a new one to avoid potential liability. And make sure to have a valid business license one way or another, depending on the regulations of your city/county.
