Trademark or Service Mark
What's best to use to protect a symbol for a kind of club membership, SM or TM? That is, until the symbol can be registered.

Re: Trademark or Service Mark
TM means a trademark and SM means a service mark. Once a mark is registered, the R in a circle may be used.
