Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I have a Trucking business and I signed a POA for the Co book the Fright in behalf of my Co no loads was booked under my Co I got paid like I was leased to them and for saying that each party was to give the ten days before termination I was told on 1-21-2016 that he can't afford to pay me what we agreed on then he offers my 80% but I don't trust him because nothing was booked under my Co name can something be done in this case for breaching the contract?
