Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Unhappy Client
I had a function and the caterer did not provide 2 of the food items I requested. In addition, the food was cold and the punch fountain they used was not able to be used because it splashed on the guests when they went to get a drink.
I was extremely unhappy. What recourse do I have?

Re: Unhappy Client
You don't say a word about the terms of your contract or agreement. That is the place to start. You also don't state the value of the dispute. Two missing food items and a punch fountain that splashes will not often lead to the trouble and expense of legal action.
