Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
The university I attended failed to submit paperwork to my employer for six months. I was finally hired two weeks after a new contract pay cut deadline, and I will now miss out on an 8% pay increase next year. Can the university be held liable for the money I will lose out on over the next twenty years?
