If you mean to ask whether a verbal agreement is enforceable, the answer. However, without a written agreement, proof of the plaintiff's case can be difficult. Some contracts, e.g., contracts involving real estate are NOT enforceable unless they are in writing.

Your posting does not make sense as written. If you are asking if a verbal contract is binding, then, yes, most of the time it is. There are a few exceptions. You should speak with a local attorney to determine the agreement's enforceability.
