Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am the VP of an organization that I co founded with another individual. I would like to resign from my position due to discord within the organization. How do I go about removing my name from the articles of incorporation , 501c3, banking accounts, and other legal documents?

Assuming the organization is a tax exempt corporation, unless you have a contract in place for a term of employment, you can simply give notice of your resignation. However, dealing with third parties is more complex and usually are done via their internal processes.
