Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

My wife works as a behavioral therapist/tutor, and she signed a Non-Compete. She has been there for 4 months now and is finding out things like they are basicly commiting insurance fraud, and even falsified documents required by the insurance company that pays them for the kids they work with and even they are also supposed to only work with one client at a time but she sometimes has 2 and they just change the hours that she worked so it doesnt look like she had 2 at once. Would any of this be a reason to break the non compete? also the non compete is for 2 years....

If they are committing insurance fraud, why has she not gone to the police or FBI?

Probably not, but she should have a local business or labor/employment attorney review the non-compete.
