Wire recording in the state of michigan
If i live and work in michigan, and i received a unsolicited call from a customer who has a dispute with my company, can he calling from mississippi call me and record my call without my knowledge and consent. Recording just a part of my call inorder to set up or bate a response that may be recorded to use against me.
