Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I had someone work on do work on my air conditioner before I authorized the work and charged me 350.00. Do I have to pay him?

If you allowed them access to the AC, unless you had a written document signed between you and them that reqquired you to authorize work first, you gave them a complete blank check and owe whatever amount they charge.
