Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
At work I was asked to sign a non disclosure agreement. No big deal, so I signed and printed where it said signature and print name. My boss came back and said I had to sign a legible signature. But I have used the same signature for over 20 years, it is my name, nothing weird, just kinda sloppy like everyone elses signature I have ever seen. On a legal document where it asks for my signature, can my boss ask for something other than my legal signature?

If you sign your name, it is your "legal signature."
The other attorney is right on point here. The bigger issue is do you want to upset your boss (and possibly jeopardize your job ultimately) by making a big deal over this? Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
