Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I did work on a computer for someone. The repairs were extensive. I still have not been paid. How long am I required to hold it before I can sell it?

It depends on what your written contract with them says. If you don't have a written contract, you likely have no right to ever sell it. What does your contract say?

If you do not have a contractual right to sell it, you will have to first file a lawsuit and obtain a judgment.
