Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I work at a golf course and the other day I was involved in an accident in which I collided with another workers car while driving a golf cart. There were no injuries, but my question is since it happened on the golf courses property, is my place of work required to pay for the damages to the other workers car or does that responsibility fall on me?

If you caused damage to someone else's property, work or not, you may be asked to pay for the damages you caused.

Potentially you AND your employer can be sued. Make sure the matter is reported to YOUR car insurance and to the employer's insurance.
