Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am working with an individual to obtain my own 501c3 for a non profit organization that I am starting. They offered the use of their own 501c3 until mines is secured. Can I do this? Is this legal?

It really depends on what you mean by "use," but I would strongly recommend against this either way.

Likely you'd be breaking the law and create a situation where he loses his 501 status and you get in trouble. It's a bad idea.
