Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Want to write a Warranty agreement
We need a warranty/service agreement for equipment that we sell and service. Where can I find a standard doc, or how do I go about creating one?

Re: Want to write a Warranty agreement
There is no standard agreement and I would not recommend that you try and create on yourself. I would suggest you speak with a local attprney who is familiar with those type of agreements to draft one for you.
