Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Last yer I ad a wreck in a loaner car as I was rturninfg to the dealership to pick up my car. Supposedly the Non was totsled. AND my insrance had lapsed 2 days prior to the wreck.
After hagglng back and forth with Zurich Direct, they settled for $8600 rather than the original $12,000.
Now a friend asked me where the wrecked car was!?! If I had to pay for it, shouldn't I have gotten the wrecked Neon?
Thanks for the help!

That depends on the terms of your written settlement with them, which no one here has read.
The other attorney is right on point here.A review of all facts, including the documents signed, etc. is required. After that, a personal consultation is needed. This is not a simple bulletin board type question. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
