Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
hello, my account at Ultimate Guitar website was suspended by moderator strepco12345 for posting my genuine response to an article "wow... just wow". The moderator claims this is useless spam. The moderator suspended my account without notice. I tried to log in, realized I couldn't, emailed the company, and recieved this email yesterday. Now, if this was my genuine opinion of disbelief and shock, and my response doesnt seem to violate any notion of "harm" or "offense", is it fair and legal to suspend an account knowing that Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
In the past I have actually read various profanities and the nonchalant use of the word "rape"- which I have complained about. I am not sure where the website is based. I reside in the US state of Georgia. As I am currently out of work, I have no money. I was just curious if there is a course of action to reverse this as I honestly feel my protected freedom of speech and expression are both in violation. Thank you for your patience and time.

You should spend your time looking for a job instead of wasting it on this issue. Web boards are private and therefore can make their own rules. They don't subscribe to, nor are they bound by, the UDHR.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
