Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

At my apt complex, I was drying my clothes and the dryer caught on fire burning all my work clothes and towels.. THe apt complex is telling me my clothes were the cause of the fire because of the lint left in the dryer. Will I be able to get reimbursed for my damaged clothing?

Why not simply make a claim with your renters insurance? Every renter should have bought that and it's far easier to do that than to spend a lot of money and time on a court battle you could win or lose.
