Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

auto accident

my ex boyfriend totaled my car and he was an excluded driver they seem not to find him to question his falts. so now they are sending me letters saying that they want me to go to a place in savannah a video deposition. prior to that about 4 months ago i had to go befor a recorded by mouth depositon the question is my ex boyfriend took my car one day when i was not at home. yes he did have access to my house and my keys where hanging on my wall by my door. i came home from work one day isaw my car was gone i got on the phone right away to make phone calls to try to find out if some one may have seen him or some one else like could have been my son . but it was my ex boy friend. i right away found out where he was and told hin i was angery and i am on my way to get my car to please stay there i told him not to go any where stay where you are but he did not listen he was trying to bring my car back home but before he made it back to my house he wrecked the car.so i am lost in what to do can you please give me some advice in what to do .am i going to go to jail over thise crazy stuff?
