Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I bought a home in columbus ga four years ago and a company decided to expand..not only did they remove the trees of privacy but i also have to hear the beep beep beep of the truck and banging of front end loaders all day .do i have any rights as a homeowner,,

It isn't clear what your legal issue is (or who the "company" is, or how they "expand" and so on). If you are asking whether someone can build next door to you, of course they can assuming it is zoned and permitted properly. Otherwise, not many houses would be built. The remedy is to buy enough land around you to not have to deal with it.
