my boyfriend was ordered by the court to have no contact with me if we get married will they drop it and will we be allowed to be together

If there is a no contact order and he marries you he wil be in jail so you don't have to worry about seeing him. And, depending on the wording of the order, you could end up there too.
Courts don't issue such orders unless your life is at risk from a dangerous person. Please get counseling to find out why you would even be asking the question you asked. I'd suggest a referral from a local homelss shelter. You need to find out why you would risk your well-being in this way.
