Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I am what some would call handicapped. I was born with 6 fingers on my right hand. Two of which were removed when I was a child leaving me with 4 fingers 3 of which are functional. My right hand is 2 inches shorter than my left. My right arm atrophied due to two and a half years spent in a cast due to the surgeries on my hand. I was also born without the Pectoralis Major Muscle on my right side.( Right Breast Muscle) Despite that I have never considered my self handicapped and played 3 sports from age 8-18. Fast forward to yesterday. I went to my gym. When I go to the gym I have with me a Backpack in which are various aids that I utilize during different times of my 3 hours there that allow me to lift weights like a normal person. I was told yesterday that I am not allowed to have my backpack with me anymore and it has to be in a locker over 100 feet away or in my vehicle. As I use the aids in my backpack at different times during my workout going back and forth to a Locker Room to retrieve and then put return these aids would be time consuming. My question is this: Do I have standing under "The American's with Disabilities Act" to compel them to let me have my backpack with me while I am working out?
