Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
can a charge of racial discrimination (employment) become an intersectional claim once the legal process reaches appeal? The attorney at the time of filing with the EEOC did not include gender, only race and the attorney who took my case to court refused to address the female aspect of the discrimination. He thought he could make the "math" win the case. The only hope for justice is if I can get the race plus accepted. My mind set is that my race and gender can not be seperated and my gender has always been a part of the case.

No one here knows anything about your case. You apparently have a lawyer and that is who answers questions about your case.
