Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I have a child whose 21 years of age. Do I have to do anything legally to get the person to leave my house, a 30 day notice verbally or in writing?

To remove any tenant, including a relative, unless there is a lease to the contrary you must give 60 days notice. It would be smart to do it in writing via a means of delivery that can be proven (such as certified mail, Fed Ex, etc.)
