Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
My daughter was arrested due to a complaint of disorderly conduct, her name was not on the complaint and the people who complained said she was not even there, they did not file the complaint against her. What can be done?

First of all you have posted on an area of LawGuru that deals with things like employment discrimination so most criminal lawyers here will never see your post.
The answer is simple. Your daughter was arrested. She needs a criminal lawyer to defend her. Hire her one or have her hire one. If she is acquitted she may or may not have civil rememdies, but her immediate problem is that she could serve a year in jail, pay a $1000 fine and have a criminal record for life, not the question you asked.
